Each sport has its own advantages and different functions. Let’s choose the sports that match with your interests so you can increase your spirit of the exercise.

1.   Swimming
By swimming, you can get incredible results of cardio without pressure on the joints. Although the water pressure forces the muscles to work harder, but the body will feel lighter in the water. So the joints move more easily and not stiff. Your body will be toned without lift weights.


Excellent For:
        Character: Suitable for casual people and lazy to do exercise. Swimming is also considered as an ultimate exercise because it can decrease the blood pressure. Mind and body will become calmer.
        Body Part: Almost all joints of the limbs used for swimming. For example the thighs, legs, neck, back, shoulders, arms, and abdomen. Suitable for anyone who wants healthy and stamina without having a specific focus to make shape of part of the body. Do it regularly so your body will more toned and has a better posture.
        Age and condition: Swimming is an universal sport, and there is no age limit for doing this.
        Eating Habit: Suitable for anyone who can control the urge to eat. Because after the swim usually will be more hungry than after do other sports.
        Health: Maintain blood pressure, cholesterol, and heart strength. Good for the lungs, reduces the risk of stroke, heart pressure and diabetes.


2.   Tennis
In a short game, tennis will drain the sweat, build strengths, sharpen reflexes, and stimulate your mind.

        Character: In tennis, you are not only play or move the body. You are also required to think as it requires a special strategy to win. Suitable for you who want to train the body and brain
        Body Part: Legs, hands, and back muscles are the important role in tennis.
        Age and Condition: Not recommended for patients with lung disease, diabetes or have heart diseases and women over 55 years old.
        Health: Burn calories, cardiovascular health, decrease blood pressure and stress. Have a well-balanced meal, low presentation of body fat, so you agile to do the dynamic tennis movement.

3.   Yoga
Besides for health, yoga also helps you find peace of mind and soul. If you regularly practice yoga, you can get a balanced toned body, better posture, appetite control, calm and peaceful mood, regular sleep patterns.

        Character: As meditation, yoga suitable for you who do not like heavy exercise and do not want adrenaline. Have to be patient and not get bored quickly.
        Body Part: Yoga has comprehensive effects, not only for one particular body part. Some results are the muscles more flexible, stronger, more upright posture.
        Age and Condition: Yoga movements can be followed by all people. Children, elderly and pregnant women can practice yoga.
        Health: Increase the capacity of the lungs in respiration. Remove toxins from the body, smoothen the blood circulation, improve digestion, reduce tension and create more defense of stress.
        Eating Habit: Benefits of yoga may be more pronounced for those who live a healthy and properly life. Yoga is not a sport that is particularly promising skinny body, but yoga routine will control the appetite and stabilized the weight.
