Facial-Skin Treatment for Under 20


Characteristic of the skin under 20 years old:
      There’s oily skin, and dry skin.
      Experiencing rapid regeneration of skin cells.
      Skin tissue is still tight and perfect.
      Acne-prone skin.
      Large pores.



1.   Clean Your Face
Always wash our face when we wake up and after doing the activity. For the oily skin, you should use scrub plus tonic as a refresher or oil-free-facial cleansing. For normal and dry skin, you should use soft cleansing plus tonic as a refresher.
2.   Fruit, Vegetable, and Fish
Don't just eat fatty food every day. Try to eat fruits, vegetables, and fish, because these foods are contain a large amount of necessary vitamins required by the skin. Choose which contains vitamins C and E. These vitamins contain antioxidants that are effective to prevent premature aging.
3.   Anti-UV Lotion
Experts said that sunlight affects up to 80% of premature aging. It means that the ultraviolet (UV) has a bad effect on the skin, because it can cause wrinkles. But don't be so anti-sun if you want to go out.
4.   Water Theraphy
Let’s drink water more often. Don’t be dehydrated because your skin will look dull. Drink water at least 2 liters per day. In addition, you can also drink fruit and green vegetables juice to preserve the freshness of your skin.
5.   No Smoking!
Beside damage the health, this one also proved to ruin our look, because the substances contained in cigarettes can take vitamins and minerals that are good for the skin, causing wrinkles and look dull.
6.   Acne Healing
Acne usually occurs on the oily face and less treated face. For oily skin, use a mask at least once per week to lift the skin fat and tighten skin pores. If your face is pimply, immediately treat with acne medication that proved suitable for your skin.

Do These Little Things for Your Skin Face:
      Do not wash your face too often. Only 2 times a day.
      Use a moisturizer in air-conditioned room.
      Consume vitamin C and E.
      Just be happy. Don’t be too often stressed.
      Avoid the use of straw because it causes wrinkles on the lips.
      Avoid the habit of squinting. Use glasses if necessary.
      Avoid face contact with the pillow during sleep.
      Get enough rest.
