Pretty Food Part. 2


Here are some foods that can make us pretty:
1. Almond
        Sources of vitamin E that nourish the skin soft, smooth, and shiny.
       Almond skins are rich in antioxidants, protect cells from many chronic diseases, such as cancer.
        Brighten dark circles under the eyes by improving blood cells.

Hints:
Almond skins keep a lot of nutrients to the skin. For maximum results, use almonds as your healthy snack!

2.   Salmon
So many benefits of salmon for our skin. Skin and hair also gets the benefit:
        There are Omega-3 fatty acids, which are necessary to keep our skin and hair healthy.
        Good to strengthen the tissue of the scalp, the hair growth and reduce hair loss.

Hints:
If you do not like salmon, can be replaced with fish oil supplements.

3.   Yogurt
        Have a good organic calcium to strengthen bones and nails.
        Maintain the fertility of hair.
        Nowadays, a lot of beauty masks mixed with yogurt, because it makes our face become fresh, moisturizes our skin, and make it brighter.

Hints:
Don’t look for yogurt that contains flavor, but choose the original and fat free.
