Get a Healthy Pinkish Lips


It’s time to talk about lips! As a female, especially teenager, we have a lot of things we should care. Especially the skin, hair and face. But, you know what? There's one more thing to be part of our facial care. Yup, it’s lips! Healthy lips is one of main reasons that support our beauty. So, lip health must always be moist, because the attractive and healthy lips will support our facial beauty. Problems that often occur on the lips are the lips become dark, dry and chapped. The Problems
Chapped and dry lips can hurt our lips and causing pain. These circumstances should be treated quickly. If not, surely our lips will get infection. Even our lips become dark. Our confidence will be reduced and our activities will be disrupted. We must avoid the things below:
1.    Sudden temperature changes can make the lips become unable to adapt and causing chapped lips.
2.    Smoking! Besides it’s not good for health, smoking can also make a dark lip color.
3.    The lack of nutrition and consumption of vegetables.
4.    Lack of drinking water.
5.    Toothpaste that contains a lot of detergent.
6.    Habit of licking the lips with saliva and biting the lips. 

How To Solve the Problem?
1.    Lips are the most sensitive skin and very thin compared with other skin, and the melanin amount is small. So, we need a lipbalm that can guard our lips from the sun and the weather.
2.    Drink about 8 glasses of water a day.
3.    Healthy eating with the consumption of fiber, vegetables, and fruits.
