Which Exercise Suits You Best? Part. 2


Each sport has its own advantages and different functions. Let’s choose the sports that match with your interests so you can increase your spirit of the exercise.

1.   Belly Dancing
If you're quite confident to find another sport than usual, belly dancing could be for you. Belly dancing is not only shake your belly. This dance class equally effective with other sports in terms of body toning and burning sweat.

Excellent For:
        Character: Love to dance, music, and quite confident. You must also interested in group exercise because belly dancing is more fun when done with others. Last but not least, be happy with a heart pumping workout.
        Body Part: Belly dancing will tighten hips, thighs, arms, and back muscles, and abdomen shape. In belly dancing, you’ll also learn how to control the abdominal muscles, improve flexibility and train the coordination.
        Age and Condition: The movement is as dancing, so everyone can do this exercise, not only women but also men.
        Health: Belly dancing is one of cardiovascular exercise that trains the heart muscle strength. Belly dancing can burn calories and relieve stress.
        Eating Habit: If you have an eating hobby, don't be afraid to try belly dancing! Belly dancing is effectively burn body fat while toning your hips and abdominal muscles.


2.   Jogging
Jogging is the most common, efficient, inexpensive, and flexible sport for everyone. The reason is, it can be done anywhere and does not require any special skill.

        Character: The main requirement of jogging is the motivation and self-awareness to do exercise. Many people jogging and intend to make it a habit, but eventually gave up after several weeks. Therefore, it takes high motivation and self-awareness for jogging regularly.
        Body Part: Possibly many roles in the foot. Jogging movement momentum is also can burn calories and fat of whole body.
        Age and Condition: Everyone can do this exercise.
        Health: Running can strengthen bones, delay aging, reduce insomnia, decrease blood pressure, and minimize the risk of breast cancer, plus good for your heart!
        Eating Habit: For those who like eating junk food, jogging can be a solution to burn body fat! When you run continuously, your metabolism will increased. It means, the body slowly transformed into an effective fat-burning machine.

3.   Cycling
Besides fun, cycling has a variety of unique so it is quite interesting. In terms of burning calories, cycling is very effective and no doubt. It can reduce air pollution as well.

Excellent For:
        Character: Love outdoor sports. If you are the type who relax and lazy to move, you must like cycling. When cycling, you just sit there, do not need a lot of moving limbs.
        Body Part: The most felt cycling effects is tightening buttocks and legs, also burn calories.
        Age and Condition: Everyone can do this exercise. People who has a heart disease, of course, must consult with a doctor before cycling.
        Health: Cycling exercises the heart better than walking without the pounding of jogging. The health functions are similar to jogging, good for the heart, decrease blood pressure, combat obesity and diabetes. But compared to jogging, cycling does not stimulate the heart too hard.
        Eating Habit: Cycling is effective for overweight people, often eat junk food, and people who want to lose the weight.
